Our organization is dedicated to preparing young men to lead successful, happy, and productive lives. We base our approach on timeless principles and practical, hands-on experience. DeMolay opens doors for young men ages 9 to 21 by developing their civic awareness, personal responsibility, and the leadership skills so vitally needed in society today. Combining this serious mission with a fun and inclusive approach builds important friendship bonds among members in more than 1,000 chapters worldwide. Our adult volunteers are there to guide and ensure that all activities and events are safe and fun for all. Our members also have many opportunities for scholarships, travel, and life experiences that they would not find elsewhere.
